Scope of service

 

  • We provide clients and agents with guidance regarding lease agreements.
  • Assessment if the lease agreement can be cancelled and negotiate with tenants to remedy the breach.
  • Cancelling the lease agreements if a breach was not remedied.
  • We instruct attorneys to proceed with the eviction application on the owner’s behalf. Hence the client does not need to be involved in the legal process or go to court.
  • Services include the eviction process, whether opposed or unopposed, until the eviction order is granted, with no additional costs.

 

Service Fee

 

  • A maximum monthly fee of R195 per residential lease agreement. If the annual fee is paid up front, a total amount of R2 000.00 is due per lease agreement.
  • A maximum monthly fee of R295 per commercial lease agreement. If the annual fee is paid up front, a total amount of R3 100 is due.
  • Commercial lease agreements with a monthly rental of less than R50 000 per month will qualify.
  • Based on the number of lease agreements to be added and the membership discounts you qualify for, we can create a custom package for you.

 

How to apply

 

  • New lease agreements need to be loaded together with the tenants’ credit checks.
  • Existing lease agreements need to be loaded with a 4-month rental statement.
  • Lease agreements where tenants are already in breach do not qualify for the Evicto Service.
